Medifast
New Image Medical Center offers significant savings on Medifast products because of our bulk wholesale purchases. However, all purchases must be picked-up in our office as we do not offer delivery at this time.
Our Medifast products are on display at our office. Simply choose any combination of Medifast products on the shelf to begin the program, but we do recommend that you consult with Dr. Mercadante before starting any weight loss program.
If you would perfer to pre-order before coming to the office, you may download our Medifast order form, fax it in and we will call you when your order is ready. You can pay when you pick-up your packaged order.
